Game is now, as far as I feel, done! The workshop will serve mostly for analytics now(I'm a sucker for visitor numbers.) A downloadable version that does not require subscribing to the game is linked there as well! No more need to download gamemaker to play.
Game features 9 robot masters, secret bosses,alternate routes through stages, a fleshed out fortress with new hazards and twists not present in the earlier levels, and a fully built level editor with custom boss construction for endless custom levels to share with your friends!

the standalone version should play just like any other program. Alternatively. to use the workshop version, subscribe to the game from the workshop page. Then run any version of gamemaker studio on steam (free is fine, no need to buy anything) then click the play button to see the list of subbed games, it should also be playable from there.
I broke it. ._.
Also a way to stretch the screen in custom creation mode would be a cool addition, over having to manually stretch it and everything looks warped. :D
And a way not to press Esc and instantly closing everything!

saying how ya got there would help :P
As for the stretching, it should be sticking to aspect ratio. if it doesn't try maximizing the window one or two times. I've never been able to find why it does that, but it seems to happen in most of my windows games regardless of what I do.
As for the Esc thing. I'll find a way to throw in a confirmation box that pops up. The game doesn't handle interruptions to normal play too well so. I'm thinking of one last major update that consists of just polish so.

Okay! Take your time! :3
I was actually going to suggest some alternative hosting possibilities since you've been clearly having trouble!
One odd thing I've found to be quite effective was...puu.sh, of all things. While normally used for quick image sharing, you can share any files with it. And it keeps your files up indefinitely as long as they get at least one view in a...2-month span, I believe? Which you clearly would have no trouble with. And as far as I know, they have no download limits.
I also believe Mediafire is a little more friendly about lots of downloads than Dropbox is. I've...never much liked Dropbox tbh, they always screw me over one way or another.
But yeah, I guess you're just popular! I can see why; I'm very intrigued to play your projects, it's clear just from looking that you're a very skilled individual. :3 Are you against your games being streamed, btw? It's something of a long tradition of mine to stream Mega Man fan games.

I've already got a host I pay for yearly now actually. I'm uploading now. Though I'm still waiting for it to propagate storage.packedrat.net is where I'll be keeping assorted things for upload. Megaman being one of them once It's transferred over ftp. And no worries. I'm happy to have em streamed. Though I've always been a bit anxious after the original version of this game being rather poor x.x;;;
Ahh, I saw the url as I played Packrat earlier. Btw, awesome work on that! Can't wait to see how it develops. (Gryphon enemy is like my favoritist thing.)
Well, a project has to start somewhere, right? I'm familiar with the original DOS Mega Man games; I think remaking them was a fantastic idea. I'm sure whatever you've come up with is far better than those original buggy cash-grabs. XD Again, I can see the effort.
And awesome! Downloading now.
