Oh ho! I see, sorry. That's my 'Krazy Kat' stationary. It's my most recent sketchbook.
Each page sees Ignatz(mouse) raising a brick on a string, until Krazy(kat) wanders beneath it. Then Officer Pup cuts the string from one of the higher windows and the brick drops on Krazy's head.
