Okay, I learned a valuable lesson with my first Watercolor painting. Do NOT put the ink on first. It will bleed and kill the vibe you were going for. Also, your paint pen will explode if you try to use it. Do it a couple more times if you want to make it look a bit more intentional.
Does anyone have any tips, I suck at this. ;^;
Will probably move to scraps if I get no advice. Trying to get out of art block. ;^; so sorry to the person I owe art to. It's been really shitty lately.

For a first attempt, it's really not that bad! Yes, you definitely want to use light pencil, and then use your watercolors. Wait until completely dey, before inking, or using your paint pens. Watercolor can easily a fairly slow process, if you're going for that really soft, watery look; like in this piece, I'm guessing you were going for making this look very "Under The Sea" but it actually looks more like a Whale swimming through a nebula, instead! I think, for your first attempt, it's quite good!
