Super fucking old really terribly late commission for Sovierika on DA from back in the day
I finally had the drive to finish it, and added a lot of detail to make up for the time it took to finish! Honestly, I'm glad I finished it now when I have stronger skills so this can be another favorite of mine <3

Been so long since I've drawn Tsar Tempest. It was a pleasure to do it again and have him look uncannily yu-gi-oh oops
What are Tsar Tempest and Cadaver talking about? Probably how many times they've had their art/images stolen and misrepresented.
Or Tempest is just trying to woo Cadaver with some talk of political things freeing his boyfriend

I have watermarked the shit out of this for a reason. If I catch this on any other website/edited/traced, I WILL file a DMCA copyright notice like I always have with both Cadaver and Tsar.
