Ideas for backgrounds... What about shops? There are all sorts of shops! Cake shops, sweet shops, game stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Places of entertainment work too! What about a small stage (for small-time comedians) or a bar. Or a cinema, as there are a lot of different settings in the cinema. Lobby, restroom, halls, screens...

I'll have to look into that, ATM I'm a bit dry on environments to work on. I've been working on a cartoon pitch for either Netflix or CN for a long while now and I'm just now getting some concepts down and soon to be storyboards :-0
