I finished this one up in 2 days! That's pretty fast for me! x3
Well, I got inspired to write this piece because of this AWEsome wallpaper: http://www.skinbase.org/zoom.php?id=34545 (which is ALSO the thumbnail pic above)
This poem is similar to my last poetic piece, "When I Stopped That Day To Pick Death's Rose," in that it is kind of like a short story; a fairy-tale, if you would, but FAR less dark! =P
Also, I must thank
maxgoof for his constructive input, especially on poetic meter. =3
Remember, the wallpaper (linked above) has EXTREME significance to the poem. So, I'd suggest taking a look at it before reading the poem. =D
Enjoy! ^^
*Note: For those of you who are wondering what exactly the Heaven's Helix is (even after reading the poem), it is a sort of "magical phenomenon" (made up for the sake of the poem) in which nature pertained objects whirl about in the sky in a spiraling motion. It is a mysterious display, but oh so beautiful to watch. -_-

Yeah, this poem's structure turned out rather well. =D
As for the depth, I see what you're saying. I don't really write poems about a particular character involved in a mysterious or even serious situation with a peculiar twist. My depth usually just comes from my, hopefully, breathtaking imagery and fantasy-based scenarios. =P
Have you read my poem, "When I Stopped That Day To Pick Death's Rose"?
I think that MAY be the depth you're looking for! I actually spun a nice little tale in that one; somewhat dark, but I think the way the character I portrayed acted in the end was particularly interesting. =3
But thank you for your comments! ^__^
Most appreciative!! =)
