I need a picture to see what happens when I change things on existing submissions.
So things with this picture may change some.
If this were a real image you'd be given instructions on what to do if it changed.

Basically, if you change the image, some people might not see them until they reload their browser cache, because their cache might still have the old picture on record. They'd need to reload it before the new and improved/altered image would be visible.
Really, you're not changing anything on a picture, you're replacing the one file for another. The only thing is that the new file will probably very similar to the first, since it's only an updated version of the other.
(You probably knew all that and I missed your actual intentions altogether!)
Also: Oooh, Test Patterns are HOT. :P Go go, geometric shapes in their proper proportions!
