Here's the basics! Note that everything down here is mutable - I'm fine with people taking liberties with the character as long as they're still recognizable! Artistic license or TF potions apply. :P
Name: Kaltren
(Last name unknown or nonexistent. Sometimes goes by Kalt for short, though less frequently with feminine presentation.)
Sex & Gender: Basically any. Preferred pronouns are they/them/theirs, he/him/his, or she/her/hers (usually depending on the clothes they're wearing) - But the rabbit doesn't take offense at sincere mistakes, and when in a more masc-presenting form, being given feminine pronouns can elicit a blush.
Height: Ranges from 5'6" to 5'8" (167 cm to 173 cm) (Masc) or 5'8" to 5'10" (173 cm to 178 cm) (Femme)
Weight: Ranges from 125 lbs. to 150 lbs. (56.7 kg to 68 kg) (Masc) or 135 lbs. to 160 lbs. (61.2 kg to 72.6 kg) (Femme) - As pictured, they're closer to the lower end of that range.
Ears: Can perk or flop as needed, generally do so as indicators of mood.
Ear Length: Completely up to you.
Hair Length: Long, at least to shoulder length, but usually longer.
Hair Color: Ranges from reddish-brown to crimson.

Q: What's the deal with Kaltren's gender?
A: Short version: I have no real canon explanation for it, so do whatever you think sounds best / most fun!
Long version:
Multiple versions of Kaltren exist at the same time, leading parallel lives that rarely, if ever, seem to cross. They're aware the others exist, but they don't think much of it rather than noting some interesting coincidences here and there.
When the rabbit finds themself interacting, or about to interact, with someone who would strongly prefer to see a different version, that version simply appears in their place, with no clear evidence that anything changed. The preferred version was there the entire time, and the non-preferred version goes about their day, unaware of the change.
A little more rarely, someone would like to see multiple versions of Kaltren at the same time. This is possible too! Once again, causality rearranges itself to make it happen.
Basically, it's hand-wavy stuff following cartoony rules. Whatever's most funny, fun, or appealing wins.
Q: Is there a hole for the rabbit's tail cut in pants / skirt?
A: Nope, not always! (Handwavy description below boils down to "It just works!")
The rabbit's tail acts more like some weird biological magnet - When pulling on pants or a skirt or whatever, the cloth slips neatly between the tail and the body, separating it just slightly. There's still some connection between the tail and body; blood flows between them and the tail's wiggles are matched by muscle movements near the rump and tailbone, but there just isn't necessarily physical contact.
Hypothetically, someone could do this with layer after layer, pushing the tail out millimeters at a time, but the snap back on removal has no momentum - In this way, it's more like a projection or some CG-style displacement.
Of course, if folks give the rabbit lower garments with a hole cut there, it'll work just as well for them as for any other person with a tail.
Q: Does Kaltren have paw pads?
A: Kaltren has no pads on either hand nor foot paws. If you wanna draw the rabbit with 'em, though, that's fine! I won't stop you!
Q: Anything interesting about their back?
A: Nope! Whatever makes sense back there is probably true. No tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks by default, just the same fur of the same color as their front.
