Arthur was a regular 1950's business man preparing for the apocalypse, and was radically changed when the bomb dropped and he was exposed to radiation! He now wanders the wastes looking for his lost family, or what's left of them.
Arthur is a OOAK pose-able art doll intended for stop motion animation featuring removable limbs and head, along with a lower jaw and eyes that move as well. His hand and tentacle have been dipped in liquid latex and built up to be soft and flesh-like. His tiny clothes were made from scrap materials, and his hair is yellow faux fur. He stands around nine inches tall, and his scales have a slight blue shimmer to them.
