This Dutch Angel Dragon is named Missing (only one Dutch remembers their name; not even Missing knows what it is). Missing is my favorite character so far, and his story weaves together with the lives of Clockwork and my third character (which currently has no reference sheet).
I didn't plan to design this fella's picture to be a reference sheet, however it's reference sheet worthy to me. This design features all cyan-colored sections glowing in the dark and under UV light (tongue, stars, etc.). Because I was too lazy to color in the other side of the reference sheet, a key feature that isn't properly displayed is that the black going down his head ends below the stopping point of the feathers, and tapers off to a tip.
