Came up with the design for my next premade, an angel dragon! Can be a dutch angel or just an angel dragon to whatever the buyer wants! I followed the dutch rules too.

I'll be making this cutie actually really soon and will be a partial (head, armsleeves, paws, and a tail) along with this ref sheet and character rights~
