Just a little shameless plug for a lovely little social game, The Endless Forest. This is a concept piece that was done for the game.
A little bit about the art, this was originally sketched on paper, scanned, then taken through Photoshop CS3 where it was coloured. Didn't take long at all; the sketch about 15 minutes and the colouring and cleaning up about an hour and a half.
Oh I should mention, I was going for a "night" theme when thinking about the concept. I hope I got the colours and design across.

The night theme definitely came across in mean. I very much felt it was meant to be a nocturnal type character just because of the colors.
Personal opinion, a bit of darker blues might have been a bit better, but at the same time I know it would have messed up other areas.
All in all, awesome work indeed. *nods* And good to see a new piece from ya!
