Actually, it -is- low-pressure; .24 atm at surface level, so ~1/4th Earth's standard atmospheric pressure. And yes, also helium. Now, this would normally result in compression more than inflation, aye, but...well, some bending of the laws of physics for the sake of rounds also happened, heh.
