It was confirmed quite recently by former employees of Disney that he was most certainly not an anti-semite, two Jewish animators came out to say that he was super cool with them and when any anti-semitic shit came stirring up, Walt just straight-out slammed down shit to keep any of them away from hurting his staff.

No idea about the racist stuff concerning HIM, the company was pretty bad but I dunno about Disney himself. But he was most definitely a rather prolific anti-unionist mainly because he thought they were a huge waste of time that slowed down progress and made people too prissy with demands...not realising the point of them I guess.

From what I've gathered, he considered the animators striking to be a personal betrayal. Apparently he thought he was running a Best Buddies Club and not a company.

The second panel had even the intro theme song to those shorts playing in my noggin!

Also being desperately frightened of losing any of his property again after his original baby Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was taken from him legally, which is why Disney is notoriously litigious about its copyright and general property.
