Doodle based on a joke that myself and another user on Tumblr started that kinda grew and expanded. Monster Sprouts. Just add water and you've got your very own loyal monster to spar with or serve as a faithful companion. Or both. (Guest cameo'ing Ask-Plesioth, Ask--seregios, and ask-goremagala)

They’re loyal to the one that planted them, but you’ll need to teach them who else can be considered a friend. They’re still monsters so accidents can happen, but they’re friendly enough if raised right.

Once they leave the soil they’re planted in they’ll need actual food and stuff, so be a bit careful with big eaters like Paria, Tigrex, and so on - as well as keeping rare metal things away from Kushysprouts.

Dalamadur seems surprisingly easy to tend to, since he sleeps most of the time. Can end up wrecking stuff and knocking furniture over as he slithers around though. Plus his hugs tend to be a touch painful because of the spikes all over his body. These might need to be trimmed every now and then, if there’s any hunters nearby willing to do so.

Alatreon isn’t too picky about how he’s raised, seems to tolerate any environment and any sort of food. But he’s also got a bit of an ego and temper, so be a bit wary of that. While he might come off as aloof and uncaring, with the proper love he’ll show his owner a softer side just as any other monstersprout would~
