This is a design that started in one place, got sidetracked following an imaginary concept, and ended up... something else entirely, really.
Firstly, the head, the hair, the shape of it, I admit. It's Dogslug's. Her rabbit/raptor/dragon/goat things (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1806215/) were just wonderful, and I couldn't escape the influence.
The rest... I don't know. It stumbled around a steampunk sort of ideal, picked up a russian winter coat and an old gun, turned skinhead for a bit, I think? All this from what was originally going to be a circus worker.

The attitude was all I started with. That sneer, that nasty, sleezy, curled smile, that I fell in love with somewhere. You're going to listen, because she's right, and she's bigger than you, and she can spin lies faster than you can unwind them. That sort of attitude.
