The above recording is a live demo of my Chozo Choir instrument, ripped from Metroid Zero Mission. It contains a sustain loop and release to recreate the game's instrument faithfully, and if you are using OpenMPT, it is preset to use no interpolation for the lo-fi sound of the original sample.

This will work in OpenMPT / MODPlug Tracker and related IT-format tracking software. Just load it up under the "Instruments" tab and program away.
