I have yet to see any dragon be comfortable with someone touching their horns for any reason.
I'm surprised Tien didn't take Kage's face off for the polymeric commentary, though it looks like he was close to doing just that.
I sadly missed out on seeing this as it went on (timezone issue, I was at work), but the little sketches tell me everything I need to know about it XD
