"Every nation has had a corrupt ruler. Every nation has suffered under the hand of an incompetent ruler. Every nation has seen the dark days of poverty, neglect, misfortune, and deception.
For years you have lived under a false king who knew nothing but of himself. He did not care for you; he did not provide you with the protection and care you so desperately required. He deserted those of you who were in need. He was incapable of ruling a country and he has made countless atrocious decisions that have resulted in nothing but disaster. He failed you all. I am deeply disappointed and embarrassed to call that man my father. Gotham Rothstein has been a liability to this country for far too long. So it is with great pride for me to announce that as of today, your former king has been dethroned! As his son, I have claimed his position as King, and I promise, there will be great changes to our beloved country.
I, Kasimir Rothstein, give my solemn oath to restore our mighty nation into the powerful empire it once was! We were once resilient, we were once feared, we were once a force to be reckoned with, and we were a once powerful and honorable nation. But we have been mocked, ridiculed, humiliated, thrown aside, looked down upon, and belittled. And now, that the old king is gone, there is now an opportunity for abounding changes. For years I have been planning a new Germany, a strong and mighty Germany that Gotham has stripped away from us. No longer shall you live as paupers, no longer shall you go hungry, no longer shall you be disgraced, and no longer shall you live in fear!
We WILL rise from the ashes and dust, we WILL take back our pride, we will NEVER again be demeaned, used, mocked, scorned, or left behind. I know the taste for redemption burns in all of your passionate hearts, and I intend to make it a reality! You deserve so much better than what Gotham had to offer you. It has pained me for years to watch you suffer, but now that my time has come, everything will be different.
Under my leadership, we will once again become INVICIBLE! We will once again reign supreme, and we will not fall!

Ugh god that speech took forever to write Dx Kasimir certainly has a way with words, and it was his motivational and influential speeches that gained him so much support when he became King. That and his charming and intimidating appearance~ The people were first terrified that because Kasimir was Gotham's son, he would follow in his father's footsteps.
