Chanticleer: 5 Flocks + Hen (Sketches)
The first figure is a were-hen. The following five are were-roosters, one for each Flock (though, technically, one of the roosters is really a hen who pretends to be a rooster).
One of the awesome things about how my friend developed Wererooster is that it explores themes of gender and gender equality and gender stereotype.
Personal project I've been working on slowly the last two years. A friend of mine writes a lot of Homebrew (fan-made content) for White Wolf's World of Darkness games. One of his projects includes Chanticleer (aka Were-Roosters for Werewolf: The Apocalypse). I'm doing all the art for this project. So far, I've illustrated the five forms, as well as the five Flocks (+ 1 Were-Hen). Flocks are the Rooster equivalent of the Werewolf Auspices.
World of Darkness belongs to White Wolf Publishing.

Haha, yes. That's all my buddy's doing. He's the brains behind the project. I help him bounce ideas whenever he gets stuck. Sometimes I write little things. Mostly, I help cement certain details when I create the illustrations, such as how to make each form work anatomically. I have to say, though, the carrot nose on the Goblin form (that's half-way between human and full were-rooster) was totally him. And so awesomely iconic! Usually when I think of a were-creature, I think of the giant half-man half-beast version, but with Chanticleer, Goblin form is the first thing that comes to mind!
