I was kicking around in a forum and someone asked who our all time favorite female characters were. I had to answer with three names.
As I sat and kept exploring I had an idea for something cute pop into my head. I'm hoping I caught enough of the original look and style of the characters well enough that a fan of this particular female comic making group. I had to add my own touch to the moment though.
Fuu and Ferio of Magic Knight Rayearth. Characters featured in the first big American release of a CLAMP comic, handled by Tokypop when they were still in transition from being Mixx. They were also characters in a Sega Saturn game that had the same title, and came before the comic. :3
Fuu and Ferio belong to the wonderful art group, CLAMP, creators of other fine series. Such as X,Card Captor Sakura, Chobits, Clover, Angelic Layer and some of their more recent works on XXXholic and Tsubasa. It's a long list folks, and a good deal of their stuff still isn't stateside. lol

Ack, I forgot all about this with my recent troubles. ^_^;
Those two are Fuu and Ferio from Magic Knight Rayearth, The first bit of CLAMP comicdom to get big break release in the US. There's a game that CLAMP did the designs on even before the comic was created with the same title for Sega Saturn.
Time for me to add that info since no one else other than my roommate, Kelen, knows and is talking. lol
