Caught between the warring factions of the Founders and the Vox Populi, Elizabeth attempts to escape the city. During her escape, she is trapped in the depth's of the Fink Manufacturing plant as her enemies converge on her location. The only thing she has at her disposal is a box of prototype vigors. Undiluted, they may be powerful enough for her to fight to freedom. But there may be... side effects.
