Tozii simply happened one day. No one created him, and to a sense he is nothing more than a glitch. However he is indeed a computer virus.

Though having the capability of completely messing up a computer, he actually fixes peoples computers... However, when he does he leaves lewd pictures of himself on the persons computer, and makes said images incredibly hard to delete. Basically he's all about exobitionism and loves showing off his good.
