This looks VERY familiar. Like another artist had done this picture (before filters). Chad the Cartoon Nut?
EDIT: I apologize if you think I think you're stealing. The colors and style look pretty similar, so I just am not sure. Either way, it is a good style, and if CCN did indeed inspire you, more power to you! He was a pretty good artist until he just skedaddled out of DeviantArt without much explanation.
