Seems Drew's finally given birth to their child. However, still wanting to return to maleness, they've gone to Ivorii to get the fertility goddess to restore their gender. However, there's a new problem.

Drew walked up to the mini-giantess Ivorii with an annoyed expression on her face. "Miss Ivorii, I need some more help. I ‘m human again but I still seem to be stuck as a woman. Think you can help with that?" She questioned.
Ivorii looked down at Drew, smiling at the wide birthing hips she possessed. "Want to be a man again, huh? Well, alright sweet." Ivorii twirled one of her massive fingers in a circle before poking the small woman before her. After a few moments, nothing had happened.

Drew looked down at herself in confusion "Uhh… was that supposed to have worked already? I don't seem to have changed at all." She said with a slight hint of worry in her voice.

Eyes wide with surprise, Ivorii wiggled her glowing finger again and tapped Drew's head. And then again. And then again. "Wait a moment..." Ivorii leaned her massive head forward, placing it against Drew's entire body. "Hmm..." The goddess pulled back, face deep in thought. "Hmm...you didn't happen to sleep with your 'John Doe' again, did you?"
The young woman started to blush from embarrassment and poked her fingers together. "Well, a few times actually. After the initial shock of the news wore off he started talking about what we would do about the child and things like that. By the time everything was said and done he sort…of asked to date me for the rest of the time I remained a woman…but we used every possible thing we could for protection this time! Also funnily enough, his name was actually John Doe. Says he hears that joke all the time." Drew started laughing, quietly hoping this was not as serious as she feared.
Ivorii just stared blankly at Drew. "Sweet...you're pregnant."

"Please! You have to be mistaken, I can't be pregnant again! We took so many precautions; is there any chance you could be mistaken? Could there be any other reason that you can't change me back?" Drew asked hopefully not wanting to have to go through all that again... well at least not so soon.

"Nope. You're pregnant again. I told you before, my magic boosts fertility. Not just in the person affected but also those who come into contact with said person. When he put his...p-p-penis...inside you, even with protection, my magic enhanced his...virility...and made it impregnated you...again." Ivorii pressed a glowing finger to Drew's flat stomach. "At least you won't give birth to a centaur this time. And I can't change you back. Not until you give birth. Remember, my magic can only create, not destroy."

Drew put a hand on her belly and sighed. “Well, if you can't help me I guess I will try Lilly's med school. I hear they have a program that specializes in transformation and if not, I guess I won't be changing back at all. Can't leave two kids without a mother after all but at least John will be happy with the news." She said with a blush on her face before walking off to Lilly's med school.
