The dream of the Otherworld
Once 
Milayna1018 and I had the same dream one night. A dream of an island, floating on a sea of clouds, the sky is black with countless stars and the sun and the moon are together and the earth is deep down in the space. Fragments of islands are drifting in the sky, ruins of ancient temples are standing on top of them
this was the result of a long conversation about this particular dream

Awwww, what a whimsical dream you drew out in physical form~ Its like a walk into the world of infinite dreams and Milayna is the goddess of this particular realm, as she was sitting down waiting for the handsome Eternal to sleep, so she could meet him in person. The soft setting of plant life (really loving the bouqet in the corner) as well as floating islands and endless sky really set the mood for a dreamscape. Maybe Eternal is between sleep and dreaming, his mind still a bit foggy on weaving his dreams together, and Milayna is simply waiting for him to awaken within the dream itself. Right now just caressing his soft head, watching him slowly breathe in and out in his slumber, until he wakes up within the dream itself. :3 I quite like Milayna's outfit, a silken like veil covering parts of her body, her spots trailing down her tail (looks fluffy~), she looks graceful. And for Eternal....need I say more, he is barechested (which is very rare), only wearing a torn shorts. >////>
My apologies Eternal for not being around for awhile, as classes have decided to keep me busy.
PS: Darnit, you added footwraps to Eternal's feet, like I wouldn't spot that! It may be less detailed, but its still there, being a small tease in this serene picture...and Milayna's paw....a-an-anyway, its lovely to see you draw out what interested you in your thoughts. ^^

Yes Milayna and I had once almost exactly the same dream and it took place in this realm. Maybe our characters awake there when our human bodies fall asleep in the mortal world. And she lives in the USA while I live in Austria. One is awake whil the other one is sleeping due to the night and day difference of the planete.
So the pic can have a rather melancholic feeling that the two of them won´t meet each other awake ...
Yeah classes can keep us busy. ^^

Exactly and sweat from the parts of the feet that were covered would be show in full view...heck, you could see the dampness on the footwraps before you unwrap them. ^^ And then those parts of the skin will be tender and the smell even sweeter than before~ Eternal's feet could use some kissing right now. ^///^
Omigosh! Eternal! I am... flustered, flattered.... speechless! This is so beautiful! You know what's truly odd? I am often asleep, the same time you are, because I take an afternoon nap, around 4pm, here, which is 10pm there, I believe... so we are often awake, together, in my dreams... yes, I still have them... I usually sleep anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the day's activities, and how much they have worn me out! This really does remind me a bit of the Hallelujah Mountains, of Pandora, also. I love that movie, Avatar! And I love the music from it... which I believe you told me reminded you of me... You are too sweet! And this picture is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you, My Dearest Eternal, for this beautiful gift. I look forward to us meeting on our island again, soon! Happy Valentine's Day, My Dearest Rat!

You honor me with your kind words, me Lady. It was a pleasure to draw this pic because it really appears the same way I pictured it in my dream.
And the strange thing is that... sometimes... shortly before I fall completely asleep... there is this ... echo (I don´t know a fitting word) like there would be someone near, or rather has been near moments ago. Maybe this is because of the otherkin in us that we could sense each other.
The band that samg the song and played the music for Avatar was Adiemus if I remember right. Their performences are really epic and the floeating islands of pandora were so cool.
Similar floating islands in the air are also part of "Solatorobo - Red the hunter", "Dragon Hunters", "Ewoks", and sometimes they appear in the Magic the gathering TCG^^
And a happy Valentine´s day for you too, me Lad *bows deeply*

I will often get this feeling, in the middle of the night, as though you have risen, and left me to sleep, on our island... perhaps it is so? And yes, it was Adiemus that performed that song! It was beautiful, and epic, indeed. Their music gives me physical chills, every time I hear it, and I get goosebumps all over. It's as though the music caresses me, and leaves behind this sense of... I'm not really sure what to call it... familiarity? I may have to go and watch Avatar, later, now! LOL That movie truly is incredible! I wish they would make a second one! I want to know more about the Navi! I want to see if Jake & N'atiri (sp?), have a family... I want to see how they would raise it. I want to see if Norm becomes part of The People... I just... want to see more! James Cameron left us all wanting more!
Anyway, back to our island... this is so amazing! I truly love it! Thank you! It also gives me the chills, to look at it! It's as though I'm still asleep, holding your head in my lap... I need to draw my part now, also... the part where we are in our tall golden grasses, glowing all around us... and the warm sun, is warming our fur, as we relax, among all that warmth and sunshine.

It wouldn't let me watch the first link, because it's "not available in my Country..." That is so weird! So... I have something awesome to share with you, but I'm going to have to share it in a Note, so that SOME people don't get their noses out of joint, reading about some of the more "unhappy" bits. But it's a really good something, so... off to Notes I go!
