I drew this more to make a point but if you didn't get the joke...

Everyone in this comic is wearing a number as the girls are mentioned, 1,2,3,5-- skipping over 4.

Iya (4) is calling them misfits when among them, SHES the misfit. Miles (13) And Kristof (6) can't think of anything tragic about Iya and they certainly were not about to make guesses.

The tragedies that make these characters were not made intentionally. When I created these characters, they're problems were built in. I'm just now figuring/pointing them out tho.
