Dudley. All else is GUTTER TRASH.

I would go with Recker due to the armor and the fire, but he's got a very big weakness-his face is open to pummeling when he's going against a boxer. Plus, Dudley is experienced at dodging fire thanks to his experience with those crazy gutter trash fighters he keeps having to beat up. So, Dudley takes it, either in a blowout (one good hit to the face stuns Recker, and Dudley unloads on the poor sap) or in an endurance match, where Dudley manages to maneuver into getting a clear shot at Recker's face to take him down.

Hm... You know, I'd go with the guy conjuring fire, but the other one's moustache and hair is too ridiculously awesome. I wanna see the boxer guy win. :P

I have no idea who Wrecker is, but I know Dudley is one of the best Boxer characters in any 2D fighting game (even though Balrog would own his Limey arse). I'm tossing in my vote for Dudley because he's awesome...and I happen to know a thing or two about the noble art of boxing, one of the greatest forms of combat allowed.

Ok now for my explanations as tora loves them.

Dudley as we all know is from Street Fighter 3 and it is an insane no kick player like balrog only that is 30 times better and more complex that him. With a cross counter and a flurry of punches he delivers the most insane and damaging moves next to hugo and Gill. I personally favor this one cuz if he could dodge a Hadoken and counter a shin-shoryuken(Ryu's super deadly move) i bet that Recker without a ship has a fat chance against this Englishman i mean fur

Recker is from sigma star saga and is a cool player but silly on the game as a normal walking player he only uses limited things aside from guns and the parasite he has on his armor. Nonetheless i would say that he could greatly contend against Dudley but sadly Dudley and recker is like comparing Muhammad ali against tyson on their prime. We all know Ali would beat the snot out tyson in the first round flat.
