Drifloon. Ghost/Flying.

A Pokémon formed by the spirits of people and Pokémon. It loves damp, humid seasons. It tugs on the hands of children to steal them away. However, it gets pulled around instead. According to folklore, it seems to aimlessly float around because it is a guide to lost souls.

Drifloon are said to be the ghosts of popped balloons, this "X" may be two pieces of tape intended to cover the hole that would've caused the balloon to deflate.
