So I found a way of coloring I like. Believe or not this is still colored pencil and I didn't press hard on the page to do this. I watched a youtuber named Segi-Senpai and he/she used Mineral Oil to blend her/his colored pencils but they don't look dulled and still look vibrant so I wanted to give it a try and this is the finished result. To be honest I really like the results and sure you have to apply the colors again and blend and reapply and blend to get this effect but I am happy.
