Woah, what did he do again that gene jus might tear the doktor a new one for?

Long backstory, but basically Doktor Catlove has been forbidden to go near my son again for any reason.

Oh, now Burlie... you act as though I'd rip every inch of the Doktor's mangy hide off for what he did!

(I would, but that's beside the point! I think.)

What could he do to lower my rage level? Have a 100 per cent buletproof and airtight reason for giving his message to Eugene and not to CW or myself. He is FULLY aware he's under strict orders not to approach my son again and if his only reason was "I don't want to interrupt your parents" that's not gonna cut it.

(Oh, and CW and I have got some things we're talking about for Eugene so wait until we post before you give our son any more lines ^_^)

I was going to have Eugene ask his dad if he could keep the board, so that little bit of plot is what I have planned. And, well.. it would take quite a while to recount all of the dealings between Gene and his evil twin, but basically it's been this way: The Doktor has been either on the fringes of, or more or less outside, the law as long as he's been around. In a roundabout sort of tribute to the Star Trek episode "The Enemy Within" I borrowed the idea of a transporter malfunction to create another feline similar to myself, but with a totally different personality. And the Doktor has used his close resemblance of me to his benefit - and to my disadvantage. Why he sometimes seems to care about what happens to myself and the others, and other times seems to be out only for himself, is a mystery. Why is he forbidden to go near Eugene? Simply put, because on one past occasion, the Doktor got involved with some unpleasant characters, and somehow Eugene was mistaken by them to be related to him. The Doktor could have denied this, but (once again for his own reasons) he decided that since he and I were "brothers" in a way, so then Eugene was his "nephew". I will admit that the Doktor did finally help get rid of the disreputable types, but I don't trust the way his mind works. There are things that make sense to him that don't make sense to anyone BUT him. So instead of trying to figure him out, I simply forbid him to go near Eugene. He will never endanger my son again.

Way to go Telbert! Was wondering when you'd start showing everyone your art ^_^

9i must say transporter issues aside the docktor's vision powers still mystify me.

One of these days I'll have to put that story together and post it on FA.
