World Premier
inspired by a certian pair of characters tied to the millitary of the US and UK in a fighting game series that you can't mention by name without provoking a lawsuit (hint: air force pilot and MI6 agent), and adapted after the first character (not shown) named Vulpus. those are REAL former RN Ensigns they use as uniform tops...with additional fabric, of course.
this is early and cleaned up big time from the original pic, which I never inked.
not shown: memeber from india (who later became the inspiration for a fighting game character), and an american expartate (they WERE scanned, but the pic has been lost)
