some things to work on, the paws are sliding along the bar, that doesn't seem realistic to me at all. the paws would be in a fixed location, and the shoulders and elbows would flex more, though I see it's a raffle, so this is more advice for future projects, I guess. I could see an ambitious roo going for more flexion, and a longer movement, but it's good smooth animation, so good stuff, kewtieroo!
like an arm curl? mebbeh, yus...but I'd fix the hand position for simple flexing, it's only in from ground to over the head lifting of huge weights that one shifts their grip. try watching some weight lifting vids. I always prescribe looking at reality for technical details. *ruffle*
