While most students would look at an official school uniform as a symbol of an oppressive authority attempting to strangle the free spirited youth, the preppies at Perfecto Prep see it as a sign of superiority over lesser toons, like their heated and hated rivals at Acmo Loo.

Rhubella certainly revels in being on the first page of a new sketchbook, of course she glosses over the fact that she's actually the third image in the book; I accidentally skipped the first page while drawing Fawful, and already had Fran mostly drawn when I noticed the blank page at the front. Front page, first page, anytime she's ahead of everyone else is fine by her.
