For me his muzzle is too long according to his head size. It is not a big error, but it is here.
Also if he is supposed to be a raptor he should has got two hollows on his muzzle.
Raptors have got a bigger eyes too, and they are not on top of their head, rather more "inside" head (correctly - inside first hollow)

Thank you I appreciate input like this. I think it started out as a dragons head and I just went with a raptor cause I was feeling lazy or something. unfortantly work like this from me is going to be very rare now. most of my work will be 3d models and screenshots of the models. I might post concept art or something of a model I will be making should I have to do that.
