A design concept for Clive's as yet unnamed father. I've been a big fan of the ultra talented http://www.furaffinity.net/user/vincinicolaides/ art for years, so I took a bit of inspiration from her designs of anthro insects and arthropods and gave Clive's dad a sort of modified taur body. Since he's an anthro, Clive's dad can breathe air, but he's more at home in the water. I suspect his tail is sort of heavy and cumbersome, and being in an aquatic environment would relieve the stress and weight of hauling it around. His gills also ended up in front of his eyes, which is sort of an odd place for them, so I may change that. The lobster folk have clan markings around their gills, a scarification of a sort. I'm aware that lobsters shed their carapaces, but just for the sake of convenience the lobster folk shed carapaces several times as children and teenagers, but once they hit adulthood they retain their exoskeletons.
