I was waiting for inspiration to hit me before I worked on this trade. I adore Renaissance era paintings, the eerie realism and the soft brush strokes that come with them, so I tried to recreate it in this piece as well as toy around with atmosphere. I am going to make a million more of these, I feel like I've finally found my niche for my serious work.
