And dangit, is the handle supposed to be brown or green? I've changed it twice now on the flash thing. (i'm kinda wierd about being picky about being accurate with props...)

No worries, Jaggs. The sword has morphed quite a few times since this drawing. The hilt and handle are blue, the blade is silver, there is a red wraping around the base, and the 3-chambered symboled is in the middle of the hild. There are 3 jewels, one on the bottom of the handle, and 2 on either end of the hilt, the one on the bottom is blue, and the other two are yellow and green.

There is symbolism in the colors and hilt symbol. Don't worry, I'll explain it all as time goes by.

All that said, I don't mind how people draw the sword. it's changed so much, and I'm not a detail freak. All I know is I have the final design now.

I'll have issue #1 at Mephit with me if you want to look at it. :)

Yeah, I care about details like that. I spent ALOT of time making Channing's (the lemur) wierd laser gun thing look the same as I'd seen...

I made a *really* awful sculpy sword for my Mary Mouse custom plushie (you'll see it at MFM), The blade is all crooked, but it was my first try. Still need to add the jewels, but it's close.

Her expression is priceless!

The proof that you did a good job of this picture is that I could pretty much follow what the context was before I even read the blurb explaining it. Well done!
