to do a screen shot you find a button that says (PRINT SCRN)...its usually on the top right side of the key board. Depending on the color of the font there is sometimes an accompanying button you have to press...like ctrl or func key

open up mspaint...most computers have a simple paint program like that. And press ctrl+v....

basically what that first button/buttons you pressed copied the screen and ctrl+v will paste it onto paint...you can just save it after that and upload it...

if you were asking about a animated vids i put on youtube those are created using a camstudio...a screen recorder. Its free for its first couple of uses then it cost $25...I love it, it's very simple and does a great job for youtube quality. I hope that answers your question.
