Last time I got a new pet, almost 2 years ago, I posted a picture of him.

...this time around, I got Uni here just 2 days before my friend  Damnevildog died, so it didn't just... fit, to be talking about how happy I am about this new goofball in the family.

Uni, which means "a dream" in Finnish, has been keeping me afloat with all the other fluffies during this trying time. She's so different from Amigo, my other ragdoll, it's hilarious. So moody, so loud, so adventurous!

She took about a week to settle/calm down - for the first week, I was seriously considering renaming her Furiosa instead of Uni XD She hissed, pawed and growled at everything, nothing was ok!

But now that she's come to terms with her new home and that nothing in here wants to hurt her, she talks to you, she calls after you, pushes against you, purring, hops into bed and flops on your side, chirping. She's so very loving and trusting, there's something very kitten-like about how forthcoming she's with her feelings. <333
