A tribal Cheshire cat, this lovely lady belongs to

The tail's 'stripes' are actually translucent as well as morphing constantly.
This is how I feel a Cheshire cat would be, shifting, changing, seemingly the same but all at once completely different at every moment, but I feel they have some concrete features, an identification between these felines of ambiguity and guile.
