This slightly pudgy dragon is pondering how nobody's tried remaking the 80s cyberpunk TV series _Max Headroom: 20 Minutes Into The Future_ and how weird that is. It's not like it was an irredeemably goofy premise, after all, and it's remembered with a vague fondness. Shouldn't it be ripe for a new version that hasn't got any of the charm of the original and somehow does the special effects in a way that's bigger and newer but less convincing because it's all blurry dark-blue nothing?

I'm sorry for the pause in posting stuff from _The Art Of Drawing Dragons_. It just got to be one of those busy weeks and I didn't have time to draw as much as I liked. And I got hung up on redrawing too. For example, I ended up with front paws here that I thought had a great shape to them, but, for mammals --- or anything that could retract a claw --- rather than dragons that presumably don't. If you imagine cutting those triangles off you can see how much better the front feet work as feet, if not necessarily dragon feet. No, I am not suggesting you declaw your dragon. Besides being cruel it'll just lead to a lot of hurt feelings, many of them yours. I do like that I finally got a dragon's thigh to look about right, though. Someday I'll put together good little bits of all sorts of drawings and *them* you'll see. You'll all see.
