This is their pre-profile as I'm developing their stories and theories about the two. All I can say is that they both are the same age but Cooper thinks he's older than Dodge, Dodge was accidentally abandoned by his uncle and adopted by Cooper who mistaked him for an adult because of his size.

Dodge grew up but his wings did not, in this scene Cooper does what everyone in his family is afraid to do, question them. But being the 'older brother' Cooper is a bit head strong and feels he can do or say whatever he wants to Dodge.
