By all American standards, yes -- you do have an accent. There are so many accents here in U.S. it's hard to keep track of them all -- some are so thick I would press you to distinguish words being pronounced rather than a series of strange sounds.
Then again the English language has deteriorated substantially in recent years, as many have taken a hint from our cavemen ancestors and reverted to emotionally laced grunts. *cheers*
