FC '16 #13: A crow with his wide wings

It certainly is a mystery whenever we see such birds in RL, and therefore we are going to question who this suiter is in species. Since he does not have a conbadge or anthro badge of any kind on him, we are going to mistake him many times when we call him by species...
I somehow forgot his species of bird, and I will be cursed by him soon...
If he does "CAW!", then he is a crow, but I guess we'll never know since he does not talk...
BIG disadvantage since I do not know what his ID is, so it's not my fault that I do not know who the suiter is...
Maybe he is smart enough to not put his badge-these birds have been known to solve puzzles, even know how to pick locks!
