Blue is perverted, crude, self absorbed, and a all around cocky asshole, but can be really sweet if given the chance.
He enjoys messing with people making them mad or laugh, He's known to be a flirt and uses smooth talking and suggestive remarks to gets what hes wants, it does not always work out.
His human and Hybrid forms are his most common ones, but if frightened he will turn into this form and hide.
He was a lab experiment, many, many tests were preformed on him turning him to a freak.
Thrives on positive attention and cuddles.
