Rick the Jolteon, a passerby who had just arrived in Chiyeko Kingdom. This is his second trip to the kingdom,
brought back here by the wide variety of berries that grow in the area to use for his cooking. He was soon overwhelmed
by the preposterous story of a weather machine existing. “There are so many things that Happen in this Kingdom,” he thought
to himself, “This place always has something crazy going on. Always a joy to visit, but this talk of a Weather Machine is
really strange.” He originally came to the castle grounds to ask Sylveon and Leafeon if they had any Berries in their stock
or knew where very hearty winter berries were assuming that the whole kingdom would be drenched in winter when he arrived.

He entered the front gates of the castle only to find a curious looking totodile with a small note pad talking
to Leafeon. Curious, Rick eavesdropped in on the conversation from a safe distance as he did not want to interrupt
them. "Leafeon," the totodile began, "I am Roue, a Reporter from Enigma Magazine. I'd like to ask you a few
questions about the weather in the Kingdom." Leafeon was so nervous, and her face was beat red. She swirled
her foot around on the tile of the castle nervously. "I would- I would be okay with that," she managed to speak up in a soft voice.

Roue smiled and began to continue with with his questions, "Leafeon, since you are so connected
to the plants within the kingdom, I was wondering if you think that there was anything amiss with the weather.
Has anything strange been happening?"

Leafeon looked up at Roue, "A lot of the plants in the castle have fallen asleep for the winter,
but out beyond the castle grounds there are places where the Winter weather hasn't come to put them to sleep."

"Winter hasn't come in some places?" Rick thought to himself. When Jolteon arrived in the Kingdom,
he came through Special Mountain. As far as he could tell, the entire land was very well covered in snow.
There was nothing strange about the weather there. He knows that Fluffy Volcano doesn't get snow since
the area is so hot all year around, but does Leafeon mean there are other places in the Orlan region that
isn't cold? Rick decides to leave the conversation alone to go find Sylveon instead, but as he turns around
he's spooked by a tiny eevee with two tails smiling behind him.

"Oh! You scared me!" Rick said, "You must be the little princess I've heard so much about since I last visited here.
It's an honor to meet you." Rick bows before Princess Pearl and Smiles.

"Hiya!" Princess Pearl greeted, "You were here before I was? What was it like?" The little princess began
to walk with Rick excitedly dancing about him as they moved.

Rick laughed, "The last time I came to the kingdom was during the naming ceremony where
the kingdom was reborn as Chiyeko this October! There was so many fantastic sights to see,
and such amazing food to taste. In fact, I came for a visit this time for some advice in food from Sylveon."

Princess Pearl grinned, "I only know my home is Chiyeko! I didn't know it wasn't named!
That's so cool. That means I'm the castle's little sister too!" She pranced about ahead of Rick into
Sylveon's Bakery. "Sylveon! Sylveon! I'm the Castle's little sister, too! And Zenton is its older brother!"

Sylveon gasped in surprise at the Princess' excitement, then placed out a sprinkled donut just for her.
Rick then walked into the bakery, "Hello there Sylveon." He sat down in at one of the tables in the bakery,
"Would you mind if I sat here to chat with you? I came to ask you and Leafeon if you had any hearty winter
berries in stock, but it looks like Leafeon is very busy talking to that Totodile out there." The little Princess
jumps up onto a pillowed seat next to Rick and continued to much the donut contently. Sylveon came out
from behind the counter to join them both carrying a basket of berries with her.

"It's nice to see you visiting Chiyeko again, Rick. We have quite a lot of berries for the winter season
this year, including some summer berries. That Totodile is a reporter. He's been investigating the weird
weather around the kingdom. Since you don't know, I guess you came from the western side? The southern
areas in the Orlan region are having summer weather, and the berries are growing so well in that part of
Aroma Forest now." The basket of berries she handed to Rick was filled to the brim with a wide variety of out of season berries.

A mysterious force is present within the Orlan Region. The weather binds and twists as if it
were being controlled by some unknown force effecting all parts of the region. The plants are awake
when they should be sleeping, trees are producing berries that only grow in the dead of summer heat,
and the lands contrast in season so suddenly. What can this all mean?
