Concept sketch of Elnor Vitisaria. I’ve never tried to draw this guy before, and he’s also still pretty undeveloped as a character, mainly because I don’t like his personality.
Elnor used to be the only other current member of the Vitisaria clan, and like Darius, he was adopted into it, making them brothers on paper. Elnor was the younger one. Both were rivals for control over the financial power of the family, both despised and made plans to off the other, but for the longest time, they fared better with cooperation. Also, they were probably the only ones who ‘truly’ understood the other’s situation. It was a weird relationship that only really works in fiction, I guess, even making them occasional lovers (but don’t dwell on that too much for your own sake).
Can’t say too much about Elnor’s character traits. Where Darius was flamboyant and shrill, he was calm, cold even, and acted very cultivated most of the time. Still I’m stuck with the idea that there was something deeply wrong with him, a kind of perversion that was no longer fun. A dubious reputation paired with his good, but not as good as Darius’ business sense made him the slightly less popular, less successful of the two Vitisarias.
Rivalry between them seemed to settle once Darius went into politics, but this also turned Elnor into a target for terrorists. He died in an ambush. I can’t say that I’m too sorry.
