Yeah rei's kinda a ne'er-do-well, she anbd her father have a...let's just say strained relationship. She met her future Sigingant Other, and dide some less then legal under the nose of the major crime syndicates. After that went belly up, she's dealt with tardegty by going underground and forming her own little empire.
While very rough around the edges, and sometime coarse and aggressive, once you gain her tust, she's loyal to you. While cunning sometimes her own aggressiveness can get the better of her. She will listen to those closest to her to talk her out of it. She is bit of a jazz nerd, and Labelle Hibino is ehr favourite artist.
