Talk about incredibly niche fanart :3 Telefang is this monster collection RPG on the GBC with a GBA sequel. They aren't very popular outside of a small cult following, but I checked out the monster designs and oh boy, they're amazing. And this guy, Storm, is my favorite for...obvious reasons :P Though I hope I got his looks right. Here's what he looks like in-game:
